The evening commences with the musical strains of the best in Hawaiian and Polynesian music by the Tahiti Serenaders, as you and your guests dine in a special New Year’s Eve dinner buffet. Following dinner, you’re treated to a unique presentation of the art of wearing a pareo, the Polynesian wrap-around.

Creation – A Polynesian Journey
The dynamic and pulsating cast of Tihati will take you on a journey through the South Pacific, commencing with the creation of the islands and man, giving us an insight into the Polynesians…their battles, romance and community love, or Spirit of Aloha. The evening climaxes with the top fire knife dancer.
